Research Area: Value Perception of Green Hotel.

The study investigates the mediating effects of satisfaction on the perceived value and behavioral intention relationship by using bootstrapping method.
We test our mediation model with sample of 325 guests of certified green hotels in Malaysia.
The bootstrap estimates are based on 5000 bootstrap samples in the study. Results reveal that satisfaction transmit the effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions. Satisfaction is found as mediator for the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intentions.
